Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to vedratic.com and to the apps published under it (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Francisco Muñoz Cuevas (NIF 43321407Z), C/ Torrent 23, 07817 Sant Jordi (Illes Balears), Spain. You can reach us through the contact form or at support@momusa.tech. Vedratic is a small software lab by the team behind Momusa. The legal notice has the full identification details.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Services you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

3. The Services

All the Services are free, need no account, and run in your browser:

• Globdrop (globdrop.vedratic.com): a geography game in which you place locations on a map or recognise flags. It shows ads.
• Andamio (andamio.vedratic.com): a Gantt chart planner that keeps your projects in your browser.
• Ahorreo (ahorreo.vedratic.com): a personal finance app that reads your bank statements and keeps everything on your device.
• Chronotopia (chronotopia.vedratic.com): 3D models of places, so far three airports, rebuilt year by year from historical sources. Dates marked as approximate, and works that are only planned, may not match what is finally built.
• Tools: the calculators on vedratic.com/tools.
• Content: the blog and the Globdrop guides.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any of the Services. Because they are free and keep no data on our side, we will try to announce significant changes, but we cannot promise that any of them will stay available.

4. Age

The Services are not directed at children under 14. A child under 14 should use them only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who should also make the cookie choices on the child's behalf. See the privacy policy for how this affects personal data.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• use them for anything unlawful;
• interfere with them or with the infrastructure that serves them, or try to access parts that are not public;
• access them with bots or scrapers in a way that places an unreasonable load on them;
• click on ads, or generate impressions, artificially;
• present yourself as Vedratic or as someone acting on its behalf.

6. Your data stays with you

Andamio, Ahorreo, Globdrop's settings and the tools store what you create in your own browser or in files you save. We never receive that data, so we cannot recover it if your browser deletes it or your device is lost. Keeping backups, with the export and backup options of Andamio and Ahorreo, is your responsibility.

7. No professional advice

Ahorreo and the tools produce estimates from the data you enter. They are not financial, legal, tax or project-management advice, and they may contain mistakes. Check anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.

8. Intellectual property

The software, texts, maps, graphics and design of the Services belong to their owner or are used with permission. You may use the Services for your own purposes, share your Globdrop results with the built-in share buttons, and link to any page. Any other reproduction or distribution needs our prior written permission.

Some Globdrop scenarios are inspired by works of fiction, such as The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones and One Piece. Those works and their names are the property of their respective owners, and Globdrop is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. The maps of those scenarios are original illustrations, and the place names from the works are used only to describe what each scenario is about.

9. Advertising

The blog, the tool pages, the Globdrop guides and the Globdrop game show ads served by Google AdSense. The ads are chosen by Google, not by us, and showing an ad does not mean we endorse what it advertises. How ads use your data depends on your cookie choices; see the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

10. Third-party services

The Services link to other websites and, when you ask for it, connect to third parties: the social networks used by Globdrop's share buttons, or the European Central Bank when you ask Ahorreo to fetch rate tables. We are not responsible for those services or for their content.

11. Warranty and liability

The Services are provided free of charge and "as is". We work to keep them correct and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or interruptions, or that game scores, distances or calculations will be exact.

We are not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of data stored on your device, except where the damage is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish law, in particular the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), or under the mandatory law of your country of residence in the EU.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the website.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the EU country where you live.

14. Severability

If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid, the rest remain in force.
