What to include

A few details save a round of questions:

• Bug reports: the browser and its version (for example, Chrome 126), the operating system and device, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
• Globdrop scenario ideas: the region or theme, and a public source for the places or coordinates if you know one.
• Andamio: how the tasks involved are set up (effort, timespan, buffer, validation complexity and dependencies), and whether the problem shows in the editor or in an export. If you can, attach the exported JSON of a small plan that shows it.
• Ahorreo: your bank and the file format (CSV or Excel) if an import fails. Please do not send us a real statement: describe the columns, or send a copy with the amounts and descriptions replaced.
• Chronotopia: the place, the year and what looks wrong, such as a building that appears too early or a runway that is too short, and a source if you have one: an orthophoto, a document or a dated photo.
• Privacy requests: what you want to access, correct or delete. The privacy policy explains what data exists in the first place, which for most of the site is very little.

Security problems

If you find a way to make one of the apps do something it shouldn't, such as a plan file that runs code when Andamio opens it, or a page that sends data somewhere it says it never does, put "Security" in the subject line. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish it, and tell us if you'd like to be credited.

What to expect

There are two ways in, the form above and email; there is no chat or phone line. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards it to the same mailbox, so if you'd rather your message went straight to us, write to the address instead. The people who read it are the ones who build the projects, alongside their work at Momusa, so we don't promise a response time. Bug reports with the details above are the quickest to act on, and a fix shows up in the app itself; the project pages and articles are updated when something they describe changes.
